George Staerkel
George Staerkel is a well-known musician, music director, and producer.
George spent his early years as a vocalist with the famous “Tokens” from 1980 to 1985. Hailing originally from Wisconsin, he’s been in Arizona for over 15 years and was the Music Director for the Arizona Opry for most of that time. George has been performing professionally since he was 10, producing an exciting musical experience showcasing the talents of the famous ‘Rhythm Cats.’ George brings a five-octave vocal range and expertise with any style of music. He will amaze you with over 50 different instruments, including the celebrity horns of Doc Severinsen, Boots Randolph, Al Hirt, Herb Alpert, Tex Beneke, Maynard Ferguson, and the world’s largest saxophone – the Contra-Bass Sax.
