Hans Otto and Anna Maria Müller
Heinrich Otto Müller, the son of Valentin Müller and Anna Catharina Schüßler (a daughter of Johann Heinrich Schüßler), were married in Büdingen on February 17, 1724. Among their children was Hans Otto, baptized in Büdingen on May 12, 1737. According to the Büdingen marriages, Hans Otto Müller married Anna Maria Weber on May 12, 1766. Anna Maria, the daughter of Johann Philip Weber and Elisabetha Nehl (spelling ?), was baptized in Wenings on April 29, 1730.

In 1766, the Müller's decided to accept the offer described in Catherine's Manifesto and migrate to Russia. The couple sailed with other colonists from the north German port of Lübeck aboard a Lübeck ship under the command of Johann Schkott and arrived in Oranienbaum, Russia on August 29, 1766.
Over a year later, Hans Otto and Anna Maria were among the founders who arrived in Norka on August 15, 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 Census at Household No. 20. Hans Otto and Anna Maria are living next to Ernst Müller and his wife Anna Maria Eberling (Household No. 21).
