Katherine Rudolph (née Weber)
Katherine Weber was born in Norka, Russia on April 28, 1899. Her parents were Conrad Weber (born 1873) and Anna Maria Vögler (born 1875).
Katherine immigrated to the United States in 1927 and married Emanuel Rudolph. Katherine and Emanuel lived in Nebraska before moving to Portland, Oregon in the late 1930s. Katherine died in the Portland area on January 17, 1992.
In this interview recorded on April 2, 1985, Katherine shares many stories about life in Norka and the journey to America.
