Loos
Johann Jacob Loos, son of Johann Heinrich Loos and Anna Margaretha Schmidt, was baptized in December 1720 in Unterreichenbach. Anna Barbara Wolf, daughter of Johannes and Catharina Wolf, was baptized in Unterreichenbach on 21 December 1727. Johann Jacob and Anna Barbara had six children, all born and baptized in Unterreichenbach on the following dates: Johann Heinrich, 18 September 1750; Johannes, 14 October 1752; Nicolaus, 11 November 1754; Anna Barbara, 10 August 1758; Anna Margaretha, 20 January 1762, and Johann Jacob, 4 February 1765.
Johann Jacob, Anna Barbara, and their six children arrived in Russia on 29 August 1766. (The surname is mispelled "Kloss" in the published Kulberg List translation.) Three of the children died during the journey to the villages. The surving family members are reported on the First Settlers List (1767 Census) of Norka in Household #42.
In the 1798 Census of Norka, Johannes and his family are reported in Household #100. Johann Heinrich and his family are reported in Household #125.
