Trüber
Martin Trüber married Anna Elisabetha Becker, daughter of Hartmann Becker on July 11, 1747 in Wolf. The marriage record states that Martin is from Dudenrod. Martin and Anna Elisabeth had two children, Nicolaus in 1749, and Anna Elisabetha in May 1754.
Martin's wife, Anna Elisabetha Becker, died on May 22, 1760. Martin remarried on December 22, 1761 to Anna Elisabeth Krieger, daughter of Johannes Krieger. They have two children: Johann Ernst, baptized on November 21, 1762; Johannes, baptized on August 5, 1764. It is likely that these two sons died prior to the Trüber's migration to Russia in 1766.
Martin Trüber, his second wife Anna Elisabetha, and children: Nicolaus, age 17; Anna Elisabeth, age 13, arrived in Oranienbaum, Russia from Lübeck on July 19, 1766 aboard the ship Kronstadt. Martin is a cousin of Anna Catharina Trüber from Wolf. She married Traugott Schwartz. This couple was also amongst the first settlers in Norka.
Both Martin and his wife Anna Elisabetha died en route to the Volga settlement area.
The 1767 Census of Norka lists Nicolaus Trüber (translated as Nicolaus Trippel), age 20, Reformed faith, orphan, and his sister Elisabeth, age 14. They are living as part of the Conrad and Elisabeth Müller household (numbers 1 and 1a).
